Use of acid, alkali and gas:
Copper tube, SUS304 ? 316 tube for neutral environment, Incoloy nickel alloy tube for weak acid and weak alkali environment, Ti alloy tube for medium acid and alkali environment, quartz, Teflon Teflon tube and Incoloy nickel alloy tube for strong acid and alkali environment, SUS316 ? tube for 900 ℃, SUS304 ? tube for 700 ℃, Incoloy nickel alloy tube for 650 ℃, Ti titanium alloy tube for 300 ℃ environment, and te for environment below 110 ℃ Flon Teflon tube. Sealing materials are as follows:
(1) The high temperature electric heating tube is sealed with silicone oil and can withstand high temperature of 700 ℃. The disadvantage is that it can not completely prevent the infiltration of liquid and moisture.
(2) Silicon seal can prevent liquid from seeping into the tube when using electric heating tube at medium and low temperature. The disadvantage is that it can only bear working temperature of 220 ℃ and instantaneous temperature of 250 ℃.
(3) When the electric heating tube is used at low temperature, it can prevent moisture and liquid from seeping into it. The disadvantage is that it can only bear the working temperature of 150 ℃ and the instantaneous temperature of 185 ℃.
